DESCRIPTION:Wednesday\, October 2\, is an important day for all state-funded schools in Colorado as it is this year’s Count Day!  This is the day that the official headcount of students is tallied and submitted to the state.  We receive state funding for the academic year based on enrollment and attendance on this day\, so it is important for your children to be at school.  In addition to ensuring that our students are in attendance\, please note the following: \nCOUNT DAY/SPIRIT DAY \nStudents in attendance on October 2 will have the opportunity to celebrate Count Day by showing their Vanguard spirit.  Please see below for dress code guidelines. \n\nK-3 students – Crazy socks and Vanguard Spirit Wear (no hoodies)\n4-12  students – Crazy socks\, jeans\, and Vanguard Spirit Wear (no hoodies)
