Class of 2025 Information and Event Details

Photos for Baccalaureate slide show: If you have not already done so, please email Mrs. Jamshidi 8-10 photos of your child (preferred in JPEG/PNG format), ranging from birth to senior year. These will be used during the slideshow while the students are being honored by their teachers. Please do this as soon as possible! 

Baccalaureate: This ceremony will be held at the Woodman Valley Chapel(WVC) off Rockrimmon (290 E Woodmen Rd, Colorado Springs, CO 80919) on Friday, May 16, at 6:30 P.M.  Graduates must be in their full formal dress and at the campus by 4:15 P.M. that day for the class picture. The doors will open at 6:00 P.M. for all guests. Please note that this is a formal event.

Ladies Dress Code: 

• Formal attire, modest style 
• Floor length dress or pant suit 
• Light solid colors only (no neon, patterns, or black)  
• Formal flat, heels, or dressy sandals 

 

Gentlemen’s Dress Code:

• Black, dark gray, or navy suit
• White collard shirt
• Black tie or bow tie
• Formal Dress Shoes

 

Graduation: Graduation will be held on the Corona Campus on Saturday, May 17, at 10:00 A.M. Graduates will need to arrive at school by 8:30 A.M.

Practices:  We will hold mandatory practices for Baccalaureate and graduation on the following dates:  

• Monday, May 12 | 3:00 -5:00 P.M., Graduation/Baccalaureate practice in the Cafetorium. 

• Tuesday, May 13 | 1:00 – 3:00 P.M., The Graduation Walk. Graduates need cap and gowns and regular dress code attire underneath.  Parents may watch on the east patio at approximately 2:30 P.M.  

• Wednesday, May 14 | 3:00 – 5:00 P.M., Baccalaureate Dress Rehearsal at WVC. 

• Thursday, May 15 | 3:00 – 5:00 P.M., Graduation Dress Rehearsal in the Cafetorium. 
• Thursday, May 15 | 6:00 P.M., Family Potluck, Cafetorium. 
  • Following the potluck, students will be on the grass field to watch the sunset together.

Photography: We have secured a professional photographer to cover both the Baccalaureate group photo and the Graduation ceremony. Photographs will be available for purchase through an online platform following both events. You are welcome to take pictures from your seats as well.
